Reiki
Being a Reiki Master, sometimes we will employ this modality if that is what your body needs and it's the most efficient way to bring something into balance. Reiki is a modality used to direct the flow of one's energy, especially the chakras. It's great if you've just had a surgery or injury and don't feel like you're recovering well. (because all your energy pathways were just severed) This can be done remotely as with all the other modalities in energy healing, but if you'd like an in person session of JUST Reiki, please ask!

When you do this work with the Spirit, it teaches you along the way some things that you can't learn elsewhere. I've made a map of all the lessons above and beyond that I've pulled in over the years that may be used if your subconscious takes us there.
Foot Zoning
OK, not many think of a foot zone as energy healing, but it actually incorporates a lot of energy healing in the modality that I was trained in. We will clear A LOT of negative energy, and help your body systems to flow better. It's like a gentle massage for all your internal organs because we give love to all the reflexes on the feet (or hands if you prefer) that correspond to every major organ and system in your body. It is very relaxing. Because this is done in person at my office in Herriman, you can also add on Scalar Energy Healing, Ionic Detoxing Foot Bath, and Tuning Fork Therapy to your session.
